I was 20 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I'm in 11th grade. I have my college already paid for and a baby right now wouldn't be the right choice, yes I messed up and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and when we found out we didn't know what to do .. I had to get an abortion with a judge's consent because I didn't want my grandmom to kill me. I got my abortion yesterday - when you're that far along you have to get dilated with seaweed sticks .. Does it hurt? They said not that much and if you relax you would be fine .. But the cramping I had was unbearable the whole night!
The next day I came for my abortion and they gave my an IV in my arm because I had to get put to sleep. They gave me 3 pills and a heating pad to try to stop some of the cramping the pills caused, gas and even more cramps... I hurried to the bathroom because the gas was embarrassing in front of so many woman , but once I sat down I tried to pee but it wouldn't come out so I pushed just a little AND MY WATER BROKE ALL OVER THE DOCTOR'S BATHROOM :( it was a lot. The doctor knew that was going to happen but she didn't tell me .. It was my turn to go under and remove the pregnancy and they brought me to the room and put me under. When I woke up they gave me food. I didn't feel any pain at all and I still haven't, just bleeding.
