A friend did the medical abortion and was 7 weeks. It failed and the foetus died, but did not come out so they tried again.

She still had stuff inside her uterus after she tried twice and was told to come in for a D and C.

Her experience was bad. And she still does not feel right and does not have normal period and it's been 5 months.

This is sometimes called "retained products of conception" and is one of the risks of a medical abortion. Your friend should have been told about this when she signed her consent form.
