Hello I'm Monique 13 years old and pregnant . Please don't judge me . I am scared to tell my parents that I was raped by my best friend's brother. I don't know what to do or say .. I need help .

This is a very frightening situation to be in. The first thing I would suggest is that you think of an adult that you feel you can trust and tell them what has happened to you. It may be a family member, a friend's mother, or teacher but you need to tell someone so that you can get help and support.
