We had unprotected intercourse.

By anonymous on 26/08/2014
I'm 14 years old with a 15 year old boyfriend. We had unprotected intercourse around 2-3 weeks ago but he pulled out, yet I've got all the signs of pregnancy. I've spoken to him about me being pregnant although he insists he pulled out. He said he would be there for me even if I was pregnant and that he'd make sure I was safe.
That's all good but I'm from a very strict, respectable family with good results at school so my parents expect a lot from me and I don't think getting pregnant is one of them. I'm waiting another week to take the test so it's more accurate but I'm worried that it will be positive and I don't know what to do if it is? I couldn't have it because I'm doing my GCSE's this year, but to get rid of it I need to get my parents to take me to the doctor, what do I do?

It is possible you are pregnant as pulling out is not a safe contraceptive method and sperm can leak out through intercourse, not just at the end. 3 weeks after the event should be long enough to tell if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, you could talk through your options on the helpline, or with a practitioner on Online advisor. You will need a responsible adult with you if you are considering abortion. Although it could be another family member, it is hard to keep a secret like this and you may need the support and help that your parents can give. Even though it is hard to break news like this, I would encourage you to be brave and tell them the news if you are pregnant. for support around unprotected sex.
