Information about abortion for Ireland

hi, I live in Republic of Ireland.
Can you help me with that problem. I am pregnant my pregnancy is 13 week now. I don't want that baby. Is their any way to do with this matter if I want make abortion. Please let me know. I am able to came to uk for that matter. As you know I can't find any place in Ireland to make abortion or any one would know any place in Ireland will let me know the place or give me some information about it..
