Support form a centre after 3 early miscarriages

I suffered from 3 early miscarriages, between the ages of 42 and 43 - these were my first pregnancies so it was very difficult for me. My GP gave me the number of the centre and I booked myself in for some counselling as I was finding it very hard to come to terms with my losses and the fact that I may never have a successful pregnancy.The centre provided safe place for me to talk and to grieve for my losses and to build up my emotional strength again. It gave me the chance to voice my innermost fears and anxieties, and sometimes just to cry.
When I became pregnant again the counselling sessions helped me to acknowledge and talk about my fears and I felt supported at every stage.
I now have a lovely 9 week old daughter.
