15 years old and pregnant with twins

I am 15 and still at school. I have found out that I am 2 months pregnant with twins I didn't have any idea I was pregnant. I just thought I was putting on some extra weight and missed my periods due to stress, as I was going through a very difficult time and still am.I went to see my doctor and she referred me to a midwife who did a scan to confirm the pregnancy, and I looked at the screen and there where 2 small babies I started crying.
