Could I still be pregnant without ejaculation and after using emergency contraception?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he didn't come inside me. However, I took an emergency contraception within 72 hours. Can I still be pregnant?

Editor's comment

If you took the emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours, and that was the only time that you had unprotected sex, then it is thought to be 95% effective at preventing pregnancy so it is possible for you to still be pregnant, but unlikely. Please contact a pregnancy choices centre if you need more support or someone to talk to about issues around unprotected sex.
