My medical abortion today wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be

I had a medical abortion today and its not as bad as I thought it would be. As soon as I got home from hospital I started heavily bleeding with average cramp later in the afternoon. I sat on the toilet and felt clots pass, it was a weird feeling but no pain. I think the only annoying thing is the cramps they sometime get bad then go back normal.
