The doctors said there's a complication

My girlfriend is pregnant, and we have found out its twins. We went for an abortion but the first two doctors said there was a complication.

Editor's comment

It is difficult to help without more information but a doctor will not do an abortion if there is a risk to your girlfriend, or if it is past the legal limit for abortion.

It may be worth you talking to a pregnancy advisor to get some more help or to explore your other options. You can find out if you're near somebody you can talk to about your situation on this page.
