Hi I am 8 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby and I don't know what to do.
You have had a lot of very stressful changes with a house move and your marriage ending, and you are now faced with another enormous decision. I am sure you feel overwhelmed at the thought of another pregnancy and all the practical challenges you are facing.
It is important to consider practicalities but also to listen to what your heart is telling you.
As a Mum already abortion may be a difficult option for you and you need to think about how you felt about abortion before this happened. Is it an option you feel comfortable with? If you were to continue with the pregnancy what help and support would you need, and can you access that?
Would adoption be an option for you in this situation?
It would help you to talk through your decision with someone who could be objective, and give you space to think it through. You could ring the national helpline and speak to an advisor, log into a confidential advisor online, or look up a local centre in your area. If you are undecided it is really important to take time to get as much information and help as possible, and don't be pressurised into making a rushed decision
