You need to find someone that you can trust and tell them about your pregnancy. If you are too worried about telling your mum or dad, talk to another relative, older friend, or a teacher. You are welcome to call our national helpline, or log onto Online advisor. It is difficult thinking about how people will react, and you are probably scared of telling someone, but be brave and you may find their reaction is not as bad as you imagined. If you would like someone to be there when you break the news, someone from a pregnancy support centre could go with you.
