I'm 16 in a few days and I'm pregnant again

I'm 15, 16 in a few days time and when I first fell pregnant, my boyfriend was 17, he's now 18. I fell pregnant first time in May 2013, I was scared but my boyfriend and I decided to continue with the pregnancy. We told our parents and they were angry for a while but things settled. Then, I had a miscarriage in July. Most of my family were unsupportive and I didn't have many people to turn to. Now I'm 16 in a few days and I'm pregnant again, 4 weeks. Still as scared as before, but now we are more prepared for it.
