I'm scared that I might be pregnant again. The first time was back in January when I found out I was pregnant. I told my parents and of course they were disappointed but they supported my decision to get an abortion.
During that time my boyfriend broke up with me and I was having medical issues because my kidney shut down. Now it is April and I'm afraid that I might be pregnant again. I can't go to tell my parents but I have no money myself. I am 17 and only four weeks away from graduating high school. I cannot be pregnant again- is there anyways I can cause a miscarriage myself? Please, I need help.

The first thing you need to do is find out if you are definitely pregnant. You can buy a pregnancy test at a pharmacy, or have one done for you at a local contraceptive and sexual health clinic. There are also some pregnancy choices centres who offer free pregnancy testing. If you are pregnant and you decide that abortion is the right choice for you, then you need to have this done under medical supervision, particularly if you have had a medical problem with your kidneys in the past. There is no way of having an abortion safely without medical assessment, and however hard it is for you to tell your parents, it is really important that you don't put yourself at risk by taking something unlicenced.
