He is now almost 2 and it has been hard for me to be a teen mum but it is the best thing I have ever done.
I wanted to give him up for adoption but I could not bring myself to do that.
I knew that I would be a good parent but I also knew that he was better off with me.
It was very brave of you to continue with your pregnancy at 14, and it sounds as though you have been a good mum and found it rewarding.
Adoption can be a positive option for some people if they are unable to care for their baby, but as you say it is hard when it comes to releasing your baby to a new family.
